Disney refers to it's employees as Cast Members. Cast Members receive special items, from uniforms to pins (many, many exclusive pins are available to cast members), jackets, shirts, hats, coins and watches. The only way the general public can get these items is if a cast member sells the item - and eBay offers many, many Cast Member Exclusive Disneyana listings.
